My Surprising Experience With The Linden Method

After being prescribed Xanax multiple times for anxiety and panic attacks in college, and going through two years of therapy, I finally thought I was cured. However, about 6 months after I stopped therapy I started having panic attacks again, and at that time (about 4 years ago) a coworker suggested The Linden Method.

When I first saw the sales page for The Linden Method, my hopes shot way up, and I'll admit I was suckered into buying it... like a fool.

After payment, I eagerly downloaded the materials and started reading through the report. As he started describing the causes of panic attacks I thought "What a joke!" I'm supposed to believe some organ in my brain has "changed" and this is what is causing my panic attacks?

But even though I was skeptical, I decided it couldn't hurt to try out the techniques and at least listen to the audio to get what value I could from the program. After all, panic attacks had severely disrupted my life and were preventing me from advancing in my career. Let's face it, I was desperate!

So I spent a few hours listening to the audio and practicing the techniques, and gradually I began to understand that this guy really understands what it means to suffer from panic disorder. I'm not ashamed to admit at one point, during the audio series, I actually started crying because it was obvious this man has been through the pain that panic disorder sufferers experience, and I started to understand the reasoning behind his methods.

A few days went by, and then a few weeks, and now it has been several years since I started using The Linden Method. For me the big trigger was driving alone, and although sometimes there will be an event that triggers anxiety for me, I have not had one full blown panic attack since starting this method.

I'm sure this method is not for everyone. If you can't take a few hours of your time to read through the ebook and (especially) listen to the audio, and if you're afraid to ask for help on anything you don't understand, then you might not like this method so don't waste your money on it. (The purchase comes with one year of coaching, so this is why I say it is important that you ask questions if something is unclear to you in the materials.)

However, if you are ready to stop panic attacks and anxiety once and for all, and if you're not afraid to ask questions and spend at least a few hours learning the material, then buy The Linden Method now!
