Around 18 months ago I started having panic attacks. The first time I had one I went to the emergency room because I thought something was seriously wrong (like a heart attack). They told me everything was fine and set up an appointment with a counselor. Before I had time to go to the counselor, I was sitting in my room with my friend, chatting on IM, and I started having another attack.
We started searching online and came across the Panic Away website. At this point, things were getting very bad, and my friend (thanks Theresa!) actually bought it for me to see if it would help.
We started reading through the program and, since it came with free coaching, I sent them an email expecting an immediate response. However they did not respond immediately and I was disappointed by this.
We got to the One Move technique in the book and I started applying it, and thankfully it it did provide instant relief. I must admit I was quite amazed.
The One Move technique worked great for getting me out of the panic attack, but my one complaint is that this is a short-term cure, not a permanent cure. However, the coaching (they responded the next day) has actually helped me long-term and I have yet to experience another panic attack in the last 18 months.
So, if you are expecting immediate coaching for a panic attack that is happening right now, then you might want to find something else. The coaching they offer usually answers your questions on the next day, so it is not practical for problems that are happening in the current moment.
But if you are looking for a technique (One Move) that can get you out of any panic attack, and for coaching that will help you gradually get rid of anxiety in your life, then get Panic Away now!
